SWOT Analysis of BIHAR.In which area Bihar should develope.bihar is mainly depended on the agriculture,so, through PPP govt.should established agri export zone,IT park ,etc.

• Bihar percapita Income is $94,where INDIA'S per capita income is $255.
• People live BPL(Below Poverty Line) is 46.2% against India's average is 26.1% 
• A/c to the 5th Economic sensus (2005) No of people employed Bihar Rural/Urban is 1101857 and 864699 where is Indias avg.Rural and Urban is 52069351 and 48834770.
• Bihar Employement growth rate is not up to the mark,it grows 0.23% annualy(1998-2005)  
  

If we  want to develope BIHAR than we have to attract the investor or corporate to invest in BIHAR.Govt.Industrial policy should be liberalised.Bihar is Agriculture based state so,i have pointedout some sector /areas where BIHAR can grow.

• Agriculture
• Education
• Infrastructure
• Tourism  etc

We can work through PPP or BOT(Built Operate and Transfer)Pattern.

Govt should Give priority to Agriculture Export zone,Food park,Established Industrial Park,Set up IT Park.

Through all these govt will increase the employability in the state.

# The author of THE RAMAYANA maharshi valmiki lived in ancient Bihar, balmiki nagar in WEST CHAMPARAN.
# The great Religion of BUDHISM was born in BIHAR from BODH GAYA.
# Another great religion JAINISM was also born in PAWAPURI, BIHAR.
# The tenth and last SIKH GURU “guru gobind singh” was born in PATNA SAHIB.
# KAUTILYA the author of ARTHASASTRA, lived here.
# CHANAKYA the advisor of “MAGADH KING” Chandra Gupt Maurya.
# Another Maurya king ASHOK was given the message of PEASE AND NON-VOILANCE all over the world. Ashok was responsible for the wide spread procelytization of people in to BUDHISM.
# NALANDA the the first world HIGHER EDUCATION UNIVERSITY was established during “GUPTA PERIOD”
